Terms & Conditions — uno198

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the uno198 platform, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other gaming product offered on uno198.
• "Bonus" means any free credit, matched deposit, cashback, rebate, free spin, or other promotional incentive credited to a Member's account by uno198.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transactional currency of the platform for Indonesian Members.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Member may process withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the uno198 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated under the uno198.club domain.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online betting services is illegal under applicable local law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management controls available to Members, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (and in some cases, the associated deposit) must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

2.1  To register an account and use the uno198 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. uno198 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of uno198 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must not have had a previous uno198 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of this Agreement.

2.2  uno198 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Where such proof is not provided within a reasonable period, the Platform may restrict or close the Account.

2.3  If you are accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia, you are solely responsible for ensuring that doing so complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. uno198 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

3.1  Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the uno198 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2  When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.3  You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. uno198 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

3.4  Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any entitlements within it (including Bonus balances or accrued loyalty points) to any other person.

3.5  uno198 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

4.1  In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, uno198 requires all Members to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain account features are unlocked.

4.2  KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP / national identity card, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (front of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account, or bank account statement showing the Member's name) where applicable.

4.3  uno198 may request additional documentation at any point during a Member's account lifecycle, including at the time of a withdrawal request, following unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.4  All KYC documentation submitted to uno198 is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or regulation.

5.1  Accepted Deposit Methods. uno198 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI bank transfers; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja digital wallets; and cryptocurrency including USDT (TRC-20) and Bitcoin. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

5.2  Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to a Member's uno198 balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which may take up to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

5.3  Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Member must have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4.

5.4  Withdrawal Processing Times. uno198 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for local bank transfers and e-wallets during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically confirmed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.5  Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page. uno198 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments and to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that fall outside normal account patterns.

5.6  Currency. The primary account currency for Indonesian Members is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited. All displayed balances, odds, and payout amounts are denominated in IDR unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.7  Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee at the rate and terms displayed on the platform. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

6.1  uno198 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as a "no-wagering" promotion, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and expiry period are specified in the individual offer terms.

6.3  Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute between 5% and 20%; sportsbook bets at minimum odds contribute 100%; togel markets and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.4  Bonus Abuse. uno198 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk; the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; and collusion between Members to generate artificial turnover. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.5  uno198 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect entitlements already earned before the effective date of the change.

6.6  Bonuses credited in error must be reported to customer support immediately. uno198 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus that was issued incorrectly, including any winnings generated from such a bonus.

7.1  All bets placed on uno198 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel, or other gaming verticals. Product-specific rules are published on the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7.2  Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), uno198 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are subject to their own settlement rules as published in the sportsbook help section.

7.3  Live Casino. Game outcomes on live dealer games operated by certified providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) are determined by the relevant game supplier's certified RNG or physical dealing procedures. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, bets already confirmed by the system will stand and be settled according to the game outcome.

7.4  Slot Games. All slot games offered on uno198 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

7.5  Togel Markets. Togel results are determined by reference to the official draw outcomes of the relevant market (e.g., Singapore Pools for the Singapore draw). uno198 acts as an aggregator of these results and is not responsible for any delay, change, or cancellation of official draw results by the issuing body.

7.6  Bets that have been accepted and confirmed may not be cancelled or amended by the Member except where the platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for the relevant market.

8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uno198 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other Members or with employees of uno198 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an illegitimate financial advantage. Any gains from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

8.2  uno198 employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the review.

9.1  uno198 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity; if it is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help.

9.2  The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Members from their account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10.1  All content on the uno198 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and trademarks (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of uno198 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your registered account. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform Content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of uno198.
• Frame or mirror the platform on any other website or application.

10.3  Any unauthorised use of Platform Content will constitute an infringement of uno198's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

11.1  The uno198 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uno198 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2  uno198 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, including scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or pricing that are subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Losses arising from any bet or wager placed on the platform, whether won or lost.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other events outside uno198's reasonable control.

11.3  Where liability cannot be excluded by law, uno198's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1  Termination by Member. You may close your uno198 account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2  Termination by uno198. uno198 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any term of this Agreement is identified or suspected.
• The account is found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is detected.
• Required KYC documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in Clause 5.7.

12.3  Where an account is closed by uno198 due to a breach of this Agreement, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at uno198's discretion and subject to any applicable investigation outcome.

12.4  Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of this Agreement.

13.1  This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which uno198 is licensed and regulated internationally.

13.2  Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Clause 15) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

13.3  Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

14.1  uno198 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2  Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

14.3  The most current version of this Agreement, including the effective date, will always be available on this page. We recommend that you review this Agreement periodically.

15.1  If you have any questions about this Agreement, wish to exercise any of your rights under it, or wish to raise a complaint, please contact the uno198 customer support team through the following channel:

15.2  Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your username]". We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 5 business days.

15.3  If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority. Details of the applicable authority are available from our customer support team upon request.
